Add Fat to Lose Fat

It’s such a shame that we have been fed lies all these years about cutting out fat to lose fat. It makes sense doesn’t it? I know this sounds crazy.. but after my years of learning, I hear it time and time again. In order to lose weight (while being healthy and keeping it off) you need to be adding healthy fats to your diet. 

To explain in short:

We need fats to function. Our cells need them to stay strong in order to energize with glucose, which you get from all the foods you eat. The outsides of our cells contain receptors, which can become blocked with a poor diet high in carbs and sugars. In order for glucose to get out of our blood and effectively into fat burning mode in our cells, we need to open and clear those receptors! This is where our healthy fats come in and save the day. By adding those healthy fats to your diet and rejuvenating your cells, you can effectively burn glucose, and in turn burn fat. Also, healthy fats prevent many cardiovascular diseases and are necessary for our brain.

I’m going to give you the one and only thing you need to buy, if you’re completely new to this, to provide you with the healthy fats you can easily add to your morning smoothie or oatmeal routine and/or your salad dressing.
