Store bought dressings are a lot of the time just loaded with sugar, making your ‘healthy’ salad pretty unhealthy. Before you buy pre packaged salad dressing, take a look at the sugar content. Then multiply that with how many servings you actually use and you’ll be surprised at the amount of sugar you’re actually adding. The extra sugar rush will make sure you have cravings again in a few hours – thus giving up on the whole ‘salad all day every day’ diet.
